Over the the last couple of years at Fabrica, we have tried to move away from the idea of there being only one voice of the organisation. We recognize that organisations are made up of individuals and that the voices of those individuals are more engaging than the organisational voice. Over time the diversity of voices we present will build up a more open and rich online presence for Fabrica.

We’ve done this through use of social media and increasingly via blogs, which you can see listed below.

Organisational change is slow but can be very powerful. This is a work in progress but we are excited by the possibilities.
