A graduate of Fine Art Sculpture at University of Brighton, Jo Lathwood has exhibited and undertaken artist residency opportunities in the UK, USA, Canada, France, Belgium and Austria. She has a long-standing relationship with Fabrica having been selected to make new work by three of Fabrica’s EU partners in 2012 and 2013. In this illustrated talk she will talk about the development of Getting There as well as her wider portfolio of site-specific work. She has been based in Bristol since 2012, and is the co-director of Ore and Ingot an artist-led fine art bronze foundry in Bristol.

Doors open 7.15pm. The talk will last for about 40 minutes with an opportunity to ask questions and to see the exhibition after the talk has finished.
