This spring, Fabrica Film Club is hosting an exciting and varied programme of events that explore unusual, thought-provoking film.
Despite being away from home for the last six months whilst building works were under way in the Fabrica gallery, the programme has grown bigger and better than ever. Under the project’s new series Hear Me, See Me, the three main strands that make up the Film Club (Film Monthly, Film Forum and Drawing to Film) will focus on exploring different and unheard voices in cinema.
We’ve had the privilege of showing a great line up of films at St. Nicholas’ Church already this year, including The Nest Collective’s Stories of Our Lives, Wild Side dir. Sébastien Lifshitz and coming up on April 14 is East Asia Moving when we’ll be back at Fabrica. These have been presented in partnership with local groups who are also programming incredible film series, namely Eyes Wide Open, Legacy Film and Film Club.
Many thanks to BFI Film Audience Network and Film Hub South East who awarded two special funds that will help to support and continue our diverse film programme for another year.
