The film tells the story of a family who lives deep in the forest of the Pacific Northwest, isolated from society. After a tragedy occurs the father of the family dedicates his life to transforming his six young children – they are trained to be physically fit, athletic, to think critically, and to guide them in the wild without technology.
In exploration of the themes of the film and our current exhibition At Home in the Water, Urban Forage is joining our event to deliver a 10 minute talk on sustainable foraging and providing some foraged canapes for the audience. This will happen between doors and the start of the film at 7.30pm, so please arrive at 7pm if you wish to join us for this part of the event.
