This multi-dimensional documentary infuses Lynch's own art, music and early films, shining a light into the dark corners of his unique world, giving audiences a better understanding of the man and the artist.


In a mixture of interviews, imagery and stream of consciousness, we see and hear a collection of David Lynch’s formative experiences, emotions and dreams. We find out how his lifelong practice has developed, with an intriguing insight into his ambiguous mind.


Following the sad death of David Lynch in January, this is an opportunity for fans and newcomers to Lynch’s work to discover and reflect on his immense contribution to art and cinema, and the impact that unique creative voices that have on how we see the world.


This is part of a series of film screenings taking place at Fabrica which profile artists that have paved the way in their craft with a rebellious nature, including All The Beauty and the Bloodshed on Thursday 20 March - a documentary film about photographer and activist Nan Goldin, directed by Laura Poitras.
