We will use DSLR cameras and work together to create portraits of each other that we shall project and re-photograph to make collaged projected images.

Supported by Lynn, whose own artistic practice uses portrait photography, all the creators in this session will explore the process of devising their own creative project, from coming up with ideas and imagery, using their photographs to layer a digital collage and use a projector to show this at a large scale within Fabrica’s gallery space.

This workshop explores themes around self-image and self-expression, developed in response to Eastern Promise, an image by Sean Cham currently exhibited in the Fabrica streetside window gallery on Duke Street.
