Led by Brighton-based florist Caitlin Hallahan, Flower Therapy was born from her passion for mental wellbeing and the restorative power of slowing down. With four years’ experience as a florist, Caitlin has witnessed the soothing effect that flowers can bring — through their scent, colour and texture — and how they can help us reconnect with ourselves and the present moment.
Caitlin will guide you gently from start to finish in creating your own seasonal bouquet, offering time and space to explore your creativity at an unhurried pace.
What to expect
Each session provides a welcoming space to pause, breathe and focus on the mindful act of arranging flowers. Whether you’re new to floristry or simply wish to enjoy a slower, more intentional way of making, this workshop offers an opportunity to unwind, reflect and reconnect.
Seasonal blooms, ever-changing inspiration
Each workshop is shaped by the seasons, with new flowers and colour palettes to explore each time. By returning throughout the year, you’ll experience nature’s changing character and deepen your creative connection with it.
